Scope and Contents The Augusta Richmond County Historical Society has a large amount of ephemeral material about the genealogy of Augusta families. The Robert B. Greenblatt paprs document his medical career at the Medical College of Georgia. It consists of: medical research notes, journal articles, professional and personal correspondences, drafts and final copies of book publications, lectures notes, photographs, slides, books, diplomas, certificates, medals, cassette tapes, and phonograph records.

Scope and Contents

This collection is comprised of a single folder of research materials related to the establishment of the boundaries of Richmond County, and a paper written on the topic by Alex M. Hits.

Abstract

This collection is comprised of materials related to the genealogy research William H. Dumont conducted from 1960-1969, on many Georgia families. The materials include correspondence, photocopies of primary sources, research notes, and handwritten family trees. William Henry Dumont (1897-1970),  was a certified genealogist and editor of the National Genealogical Society Quarterly, and researched family geneaolgy focused in Georgia and the Carolinas.

Scope and Contents

This collection includes 9 notebooks of William H. Dumont's genealogy research notes for the Stovall family, compiled while he was writing the Stovall Geneaology. The notebooks, originally housed in binders, seem to have been split into two sets by Dumont. The first set are numbered 1-4, with a 5th notebook acting as an index, and the second set of notebooks labeled A-D.
